Tasks

  • Prepare the workstation.
  • Greet customers: provide general information, explain the rates and how to use the available parking spots, etc.
  • Give the customer a ticket that indicates the time of arrival.
  • Keep the customer’s keys in order to be able to move the vehicle, if necessary. Optional task or competency
  • Direct drivers toward available parking spots.
  • Direct drivers toward spots reserved for certain types of vehicles (i.e. compact cars, vans, trucks), if applicable.
