Tasks

  • Receive instructions from the delivery person regarding the distribution of merchandise according to the order of delivery and the weight, size, fragility, etc.
  • Install the loading ramp or activate the lifting equipment.
  • Place the merchandise in the truck box using handling equipment. Optional task or competency
  • Take the measures required to prevent loss of or damage to merchandise: secure the merchandise to the inside of the truck box, etc.
  • Make sure the tools and materials necessary for unloading and installation are available.
